Why it’s different
Core Twin is built around how two gain stages interact.
Most dual boosts simply give you two levels. Twin gives you two distinct gain stages that can be used alone, stacked, or run in parallel, changing feel, response, compression and breakup as much as volume.
Two independent voices with different character
Series or parallel routing changes the behaviour of the pedal entirely
Can move from clean lift and edge-of-breakup tones to saturated, complex drive and full on gated fuzz
Parallel mode keeps clarity and dynamics where stacked pedals often collapse
Attenuator lets you drive the internal stages harder without excessive output volume
Cut switch helps tame bright rigs or higher gain settings
Controls
Left Volume - output of the bias-driven gain stage
Right Volume - output of the cleaner gain stage
Series / Parallel / Series toggle
Series: one side pushes the other for thicker, more saturated tones. Choose A>B or B>A for more variety
Parallel: both sides blend together for openness and clarity
Cut switch reduces excess top-end bite
Attenuator lowers output while pushing the internal stages harder
Independent footswitches for each side
