I’m James, a musician, guitar tech, and sound engineer based in Crawley. I’ve been playing guitar for over 20 years, and it’s always been my passion. Over the years, I’ve set up, repaired, and modified my own guitars, constantly learning how to get the best sound and feel out of them.

When my twins were born, I spent my paternity leave not only looking after them but also diving into pedal design. That’s when I created the Twin Boost, my first custom pedal design. It opened up a new side of my love for guitars, and I’ve been exploring more designs ever since. I enjoy making gear that works exactly how a player wants it to and finding practical, straightforward solutions that fit into real musicians’ setups.
